Subject:         CONVICTION WARRANT/RELEASE ORDER .

                   Whereas, in the abovementioned case/crime the accused person namely Rizwan S/o Aijaz Mughal is first offender and not previous convict therefore instead of sentencing him he is released on probation for the period of one year u/s 5 of Probation of Offenders Ordinance, 1960. His custody is handed over to Probation/Parole Officer Matiari. He shall be under the supervision of Probation/Parole Officer Matiari and during this period he shall not commit any offence and would keep the peace and would be of good behavior. In case the convict fail to observe the condition of bond u/s 5 of Probation of Offenders Ordinance, 1960 he shall be dealt with u/s 7 of Probation of Offenders Ordinance, 1960. The accused is produced by jail authorities and is sent back to jail with directions to hand the custody of accused to Probation Officer, Probation Officer is also present before the court, he is directed to obtain custody of accused from jail authorities.  

             You, are therefore directed to release him and handover the custody of below named accused to the Assistant Director/Probation Officer Matiari District namely Mr, Mumtaz Ali Brohi after verification and completion of all legal formalities, if he is are not required in any other case/crime..
