RELEASE ORDER
WHEREAS, the applicant/accused person below mentioned is moved an application U/s 497 Cr. P.C in this Court.
WHEREAS, on the hearing the said application`n the ordered him to furnish a surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (RUPEES THIRTY THOUSAND ONLY) Accused person with Two surety and P.R bond in the like amount in this Court and whereas the surety on behalf of aforesaid applicant/accused has been furnished, to this court, as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused person AWAIS S/O RABBANI forthwith if he is no more required in any other case after causing a personal recognizance in the sum of aforesaid amount to execute by the said applicant/accused before the said back of the writ and to return the duly endorsed together with the reorganization to this court within two days from the receipt of this writ.
