Whereas the case against below named accsued was kept in abeyance vide order dated: dated19.10.2023 and accused was confined at CP Sukkur for want of surety. Today accused has furnished the required surety amount which has been accepted. You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused no more required in some other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount Rs:300,000/- only (in words three lacs rupees only) for his appearance before this and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to be executed to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
