                        Whereas the applicant/accused Ali Gul @ Guloo S/O Rahim Dad by caste Shar who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 337-A (I), 147, 148, 114, 504-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) for their appearance before concerned court.
