Whereas, the above named applicants/accused who were sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the Learned Civil Judge-II & J.M Jacobabad, to face the pending trial Under Section 402,324,353,399 PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing them on bail in person and where Mr. Zahid Hussain Thaheem Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Shah I/c DPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:40,000/-each(Forty Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused have furnished the required surety before this Court.
