Subject: RELEASE ORDER OF ACCUSED (S).

WHEREAS, applicant/accused person namely above named has moved this Bail application praying for bail in the above noted case before this Court, after the hearing of the bail application this court has granted bail to the accused person subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- for each accused person and P.R. Bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused person has been furnished as required.

You are therefore, required to release the accused person, ABOVE NAMED forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.

You are also required to direct /bound the applicant/accused above named to appear before trial Court without fail after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each to be executed by the said applicant/accused before you, the CENTRAL JAIL, KARACHI and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court within three days from the receipt thereof.

You are also required to direct the applicant/accused above named to appear before the trail Court without fail.
