Whereas in the above bail application, after Instituted bail application on behalf of accused Ajab Ali @ Ajoo Son of Abdul Haque by caste Tart Jatoi, and upon hearing Mr. Nadir Hussain Marfani Abro Advocate, counsel for the accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- in words (twenty five thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
