SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SABIR S/O GUL NAZEER, PATHAN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.703/2025, (SABIR PATHAN VS THE STATE) IN SESSIONS CASE NO.86/2025 (THE STATE VS ZOHAIB @ HAQ NAWAZ & ORS) ARISING OUT OF CRIME NO.242/2023 OF P/STATION B-SECTION, LATIFABAD, U/SECTIONS 324, 353, 34 PPC

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SABIR S/O GUL NAZEER, PATHAN and upon hearing Muhammad Shafiq Khan, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SHAH BEROZ S/O GUL NAZEER KHAN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SABIR S/O GUL NAZEER, PATHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before this Court on the date of hearing viz.15.4.2025 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
