               Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicants/accused namely 1- Sulleman S/o Tooh Khan Lund and 2-Ilyas S/o Tooh Khan Lund on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
 
             And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Taha Iqbal S/o Muhammad Iqbal Qureshi R/o Shahani Muhalla, Dadu, Taluka & District Dadu.
 
             You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused 1- Sulleman S/o Tooh Khan Lund and 2-Ilyas S/o Tooh Khan Lund from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to the trial Court.
