Whereas the below named accused persons has moved an application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the above mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused bail has been granted to the above named accused persons subject to their furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- only each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas the below named accused persons have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- only with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named Applicant/ accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs:- 50,000/- only each for their appearance before this court on the date of hearing viz. 10-04-2025, at 8.30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
