WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.12/2024 U/S 147,148,149,365-B PPC R/W 3,4,5 Sindh Child marriage Act 2023 and 2,3 of TIP Act 2018 of PS Jhun and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
