Whereas, after receiving the bail application in the subject mentioned case/crime on behalf of the applicant/accused namely Lal Hussain S/o Dhani Bux by caste Bugti upon hearing of his counsel and ADPP on behalf of The State this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.20,000/-, along with P.R bond of like amount. The applicant/accused has furnished the required surety.
