Whereas, below named convicated/accused was sent to you along with convicartion warrant & slip of this Court vide office letter NO:324/2024 dated 24.07.2024, the said accused have perferred Criminal Appeal No:S-71/2024. before the Honurable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana against judgement dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court. The said appeal has been allowed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide Judgement dated 21.03.2025. resultantly the present appellant is acquitted of the charged offences, he shall be released forthwith if not required in aby other case .
