Whereas, the Advocate for applicant/accused filed Criminal Bail Application bearing No. S-98/2025, U/S 497 Cr.P.C before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, which was allowed vide Order dated: 26.03.2025 whereby accused granted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- only to the satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused and same has been accepted by of this Court.
