WHEREAS, the above named accused were remanded to your jail under the warrant of this Court, applicant/accused named above be granted on 24-3-2025 bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/= (five lac) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the this Court and whereas the said applicant/accused has furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused named above forthwith (unless he is no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing the bond in the sum of Rs. Rs.500,000/= (five lac)and be executed for their appearance before this Court and thereafter directed by this Court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this Court.
