WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused 1. Soboo s/o Nizamuddin Jatoi, under section 25(I), SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 for imprisonment for eight and to pay fine of Rs. Rs. 2,00,000/- in case of failure thereto he shall suffer for undergo further SI for two years, vide judgement 27.03.2024. The accused Soboo s/o Nizamuddin Jatoi, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “ Accordingly, the sentence awarded to the appellant through impugned Judgment dated. 27.03.2024 is modified and reduced to one already undergone, which also include the sentence awarded in lieu of fine. The appellant shall release forthwith if not required to be detained in connection with any other criminal case.” Vide Judgment dated. 26.03.2025, passed in criminal jail appeal No.S-13 of 2024.
YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
