Whereas, this Court had granted bail to accused Abu Bakar son of Muhammad Sadique Bhatti vide dated; 29.03.2025 in above mentioned crime in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and P.R. Bond in the like amount and remanded to police custody for want of surety. The required surety has been furnished by accused. One surety Noor Muhammad son of Muhammad Idrees Khokhar stood surety on behalf of above accused person in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and same is accepted.
You are therefore, directed to release the above named accused person forthwith, if he is no more required in any other case/crime and direct him to attend this Court on 01.04.2025 at 08:30 A.M.
