Whereas, appellant/accused namely Ali Khan Son of Mithal Marfani, preferred Criminal Jail Appeal No. D-22 of 2024, against the impugned judgment dated 03.04.2024, passed by this Court whereby accused was convicted. Thereafter accused has preferred the Criminal Jail appeal and filed compromise application. Consequently the compromise between the parties is accepted Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana of and a result the appellant Ali Khan stands acquitted of the charge in the terms of settlement vide order dated 27.03.2025.
You are, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if they are not required by you in any other custody case/crime.
