Whereas the above named accused was absent on previous dates of hearing, his surety has already been forfeited and accused is taken into custody but fresh surety furnished by the accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousands rupees) with P.R. Bond in the like amount which is accepted in the said amount.
