Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicants/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand) each with P.R Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicants/accused has been furnished by one Mujahid Ali son of Muhammad Ramzan Arain, R/o Village Gul Muhammad Panjabi, Taluka and District Dadu in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand) each to the satisfaction of this Court.
