WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused 1. Abdul Qadir s/o Bahar Kalhoro, under section 302, 324, 337, A-II, FI, FII, H2, 148, 149, PPC for offence punishable U/S 302 (b) PPC R/W Section 149 PPC for committing intentional murder (Qatl-i-amd) of complainant's un-married young maternal nephew Abdullah Kalhoro thus he stands sentenced to death as Tazir for offence punishable U/S 302 (b) PPC with direction to compensate LRs of the deceased to the tune of RS.50,00,000/- in terms of section 544-A Cr.P.C and in case of failure convict at fault will undergo S.I for six months and he has been ordered to be hanged by his neck till he is dead, vide judgement 03.04.2024. The accused Abdul Qadir s/o Bahar Kalhoro, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “ The jail appeal alongwith the listed application(s) is hereby allowed by way of compromised. He shall be released forthwith if not required in any other case.” Order dated 08.04.2025, passed in criminal jail appeal No.D-18 of 2024.
YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
