The accused named below has been granted bail u/s 497 Cr.P.C by this Court in the below mentioned case/crime vide Order dated 09.04.2025 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the surety namely One Chetan son of Ramon Kolhi r/o Village Muhalla Essa Nagri, Bhatti road, Phuleli, Hyderabad city, District Hyderabad has stood surety on behalf of below named accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submitted his One Original Registration Book of Honda_2018 bearing Registration No. HCB-0148 with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if, he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/= for his appearance before the Trial Court on the date of hearing viz. at 8:30 am and the same be submitted to this Court within two days for record, without fail.
