SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED GHULAM MUHAMMAD S/O GHULAM RASOOL, PALARI IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.836/2025, (GHULAM MUHAMMAD VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.96/2025 OF P/STATION MARKET, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 23-1(a) SINDH ARMS ACT, 2023.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused GHULAM MUHAMMAD S/O GHULAM RASOOL, PALARI and upon hearing Imtiaz Ali Abbasi, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one DOST ALI S/O GHULAM HYDER PALARI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused GHULAM MUHAMMAD S/O GHULAM RASOOL, PALARI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
