SUBJECT:     RELEASE INTIMATION OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL JAIL APPEAL NO. D-17/2024 ST.VS. INAYATULLAH U/S: 9(C) CNS ACT, 1997 CRIME NO. 59/2022 PS LAKHI GHULAM SHAH

                        WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused 1. Inayatullah s/o Habibullah Teghani, under section 9(C) CNS ACT, 1997 for offence punishable U/S:  9(C) CNS ACT, 1997, to suffer rigouous imprisonment for 12 years and 06 months to pay fine of Rs. 60,000/- (Sixty thousand rupees) and in case of failure thereto, he shall suffer for undergo further SI for 09 months more.. The accused Inayatullah s/o Habibullah Teghani, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “The sentence awarded to the appellant through impugned judgment dated. 20.03.2024, is modified and reduced to one already undergone, which also include the sentence awarded in lieu of fine. The appellant shall be released forthwith if not required to be detained in connection with any other criminal case.” Order dated 10.04.2025, passed in criminal jail appeal No.D-17 of 2024.

                        YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
