W H E R E A S, in the above Special Case, accused Zubair Ali S/o Mehboob Ali Abro is convicted for an offence punishable under Section 9(6)(d) CNS (Amendment) Act, 2022 for the offence recovery of Heroin Powder weighing (3000) grams and sentence him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for (14) fourteen years, and to pay fine of five hundred thousand rupees. In default of payment of fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for one year more. Accused Muhammad Touseef S/o Muhammad Ashraf Jamali is also convicted for the offence punishable under Section 9(3)(d) CNS (Amendment) Act, 2022 for the recovery of Charas weighing (5000) grams, and sentence him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for (14) fourteen years, and to pay fine of four hundred thousand rupees. In default of payment of fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for six (06) months more. Both accused are also given benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C.
This is to authorize and require you to the Superintendent Central Prison, Khaiprur to receive the said convict along with writ of conviction in your custody and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law.
