Whereas, applicants/accused namely Haji Bashir @ Bashir Ahmed S/o Punhal @ Muhammad Punhal Magsi & Ghulam Nabi S/o Sharafuddin Magsi have been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana vide order dated.07-04-2025 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-513 & S-574/2024 Re- Haji Bashir @ Bashir Ahmed & Ghulam Nabi Magsi vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Two Lac rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Imran Ali S/o Dilsher Ali Magsi R/o Anmb Magsi Taluka Mehar & Tarique Ali S/o Sajjan Magsi R/o Anmb Magsi Taluka Mehar which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused namely Haji Bashir @ Bashir Ahmed S/o Punhal @ Muhammad Punhal Magsi & Ghulam Nabi S/o Sharafuddin Magsi from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.200,000/- each and submit such P.R bonds before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to attend before this court on 23-04-2025 at 8.30 a.m.
