Whereas, the applicant/accused below named are/is facing trial in the above case and crime before this court.
And whereas, advocate for accused filed an application U/S 497 Cr.P.C. and after hearing the counsel for the applicant/accused and learned DDPP, bail is granted to the accused/applicant subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished by the above named accused/applicant to the satisfaction of this court in the above case.
