SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED VIHAJ S/O SHARAFAT HUSSAIN, SHAIKH IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.770/2025, (VIHAJ SHAIKH VS THE STATE) IN SESSIONS CASE NO.201/2025 (THE STATE VS VIHAJ) ARISING OUT OF CRIME NO.22/2025 OF P/STATION BALDIA, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 23-1(a) SINDH ARMS ACT, 2023.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused VIHAJ S/O SHARAFAT HUSSAIN, SHAIKH and upon hearing Muhammad Shafique, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one KHURRAM S/O MUHAMMAD ISHFAQUE, ANSARI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused VIHAJ S/O SHARAFAT HUSSAIN, SHAIKH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before this Court on the date of hearing viz.23.4.2025 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
