WHEREAS, the above named accused were remanded to your Jail under the warrant of court of 4th Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Khairpur alongwith other accused persons to face the trial in the offence us/ 506/2,337-H2,504,147,148149-PPC Crime No.122/2023 registered at P.S E-Zone @ Tano Masti Khan. After framing of the charge against the above named accused the complainant and witnesses failed to appear to record their evidence.After hearing the Advocate for the parties the case of above named accused and co accused kept on dormant file and in proceeding stopped till re-appearing of the complainant and eye witnesses directing the accused to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each for thire re-appearance in the case, as per order dated 17.04.2025 .
