SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SHAHBAZ GUL S/O ABDUL REHMAN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.874/2025, (SHAHBAZ GUL VERSUS STATE) IN CRIME NO.80/2024 OF P/STATION TANDO YOUSUF, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 39-A ELECTRICITY ACT R/W 462-I/H PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SHAHBAZ GUL S/O ABDUL REHMAN and upon hearing Mr.Iftikhar Hussain Mirza, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ORANGZAIB CHANDIO S/O MUHAMMAD BUX has stood surety for both accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SHAHBAZ GUL S/O ABDUL REHMAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
