Whereas, applicant/accused namely Mola Bux S/o Qadir Bux by caste Chandio, has been granted bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad subject to surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-. ( One Lac Rupees only). Applicant / accused were directed to furnish the required surety before this court and same has been furnished and as well accepted by this court.
