SUBJECT:     RELEASE LETTER FOR ACCUSED NAMELY RASHID ALIAS RASHO SON OF SHER MUHAMMAD BY CASTE CHANDIO IN SESSIONS CASE NO.178/2024 THE STATE VERSUS ASHIQUE JALBANI AND OTHERS U/S 324, 353, 399, 401 PPC CRIME NO.64/2023 P.S THARIRI MUHABAT.             

                        Whereas, this Court has granted bail to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand ) with P.R bond in like amount  to the satisfaction of this court in the above subject case/crime.

                        The required surety has been furnished. One surety namely Farooque Ahmed son of Lakhmeer by caste Chandio R/O Saqib Colony Mehar Taluka Mehar District Dadu has appeared before this Court and stood surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- ( Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                         You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused from your jail custody at once, in the subject case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- from accused and same be sent to this Court for office record. Accused be directed to attend before this court on 23.04.2025 at 08:30, to face his trial in the above Case and Crime.
