Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Mushtaque Ali Son of Leemo by caste Sanjrani, and upon hearing Mr. Shahzore Ahmed Sanjrani Advocate, counsel for the accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- in words (twenty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- in words (twenty thousand rupees), for appearing trial Court.
