NO.908/2025, (GUL BUX & ORS VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.44/2025 OF P/STATION HALI ROAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 3, 4, 5 OF CHILD MARRIAGE RESTRAINT ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 01.GUL BUX S/O PUX PARYO, 02.RIZWAN ALI S/O ROSHAN ALI SOHU AND 03.KHADIM HUSSAIN S/O MUHAMMAD SAUD SOHU and upon hearing Muzamil Pirzada, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one REHMAN ALI S/O ROSHAN ALI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused 01.GUL BUX S/O PUX PARYO, 02.RIZWAN ALI S/O ROSHAN ALI SOHU AND 03.KHADIM HUSSAIN S/O MUHAMMAD SAUD SOHU from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case, after causing their P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for their appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
