SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO. 29/2025 REG. GHULAM RASOOL AND ORS U/S: 397, PPC CRIME NO. 133/2024 PS LAKHI GATE 

                        Whereas the applicant/ accused 1. Ghulam Rasool s/o Arbab and 2. Shahban s/o Meharullah both by caste Luhar who are remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section: 397, PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) each  and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 50,000/- ( Fifty thousand only) each  for appearance before concerned court.
