Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD ASHRAF S/O MUHAMMAD AKRAM and upon hearing Mr. Ameer ALI, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Akram S/o Muneer Hussain has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  MUHAMMAD ASHRAF S/O MUHAMMAD AKRAM from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the date of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
