Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SHUBAN ALI S/O LOUNG KHAN SARIO and upon hearing Mr.Banhoon Khalil Baloch, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ZAMEER ALI S/O KHAIR MUHAMMAD SARIO has stood surety for both accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SHUBAN ALI S/O LOUNG KHAN SARIO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
