Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Imran Khan Son of Muhammad Ibrahim by caste Jafferi, and upon hearing Mr. Ghulam Akbar Soomro advocate, counsel for the accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- in words (thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
