Whereas, the below named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of this Court to face the pending trial Under Section: 9 (i) 3 A CNS before this Court presented an application for releasing him on bail through Mr. Muhammad Azam Arbani Advocate and where upon hearing of learned ADPP for the state this court has ordered that the accused named below be released on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the below said applicant/accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.
