The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
W H E R E A S, in the above sessions case, accused Taza Gul S/o Nawab Khan Pathan, Saleem Khan S/o Noor Khan Pathan are convicted under Section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C, and sentence them to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.5,00,000/- each (five hundred thousand rupees) each. In default of payment of fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for one year more. The accused are extended benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C, their period of detention shall be deducted from their sentences. Accused are produced from the Central Prison & Correctional Facility, Khairpur through video link before me and judgment pronounced them and they are also informed to file appeal within appeal period, if they wish. Let the warrant of conviction be sent to the Superintendent of Jail to serve out the sentence awarded to the accused, according to law.
