Whereas, the below mentioned UTP/accused is convicted U/S 243 Cr.P.C for the offence under section 4 PEHO, PS Site Superhighway Industrial Area, Malir, Karachi and he is sentenced to simple imprisonment for 04 months and 06 days; that the period he has already undergone and benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C has also been extended to him.
