Whereas, applicants/accused namely Nooruddin S/o Noor Muhammad Birhamani has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated.02-05-2025 passed in Crl. B.A Nos.S-213/2025 Re- Nooruddin Birhamani vs The State in the above mentioned case/crime subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court/this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Sadam Hussain S/o Muhamamd Usman Birhamani R/o Village Caffe Watte Wassan hero Khan Taluka Johi which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused namely Nooruddin S/o Noor Muhammad Birhamani from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bonds from them in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R bonds before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 17-05-2025 at 8.30 a.m.
