WHEREAS, on this 7th May, 2025 the accused Shahryar @ Sheri son of Shakeel Ahmed Malik in Crime No.33 /2024, Offence U/S 9(b) CNS Act of PS Gambat, is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section Offence U/S 9(I)(b) CNS Act,2022 and sentenced him to suffer imprisonment for three(3) years and to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/=ten thousand rupees in default of payment of fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for three months more. The benefit of S. 382-B Cr.P.C, extended.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the accused along with writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
