Whereas, an advocate for Below-named accused has filed Bail application before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana. After hearing the advocate for accused and state counsel the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana has granted the bail to applicant/ accused Hubdar @ Raja son of Dodo by caste Kalhoro subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- ( One Hundred Thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
The required Surety has been furnished before this court on behalf of below named applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this court.
