Whereas, applicant/accused Muhammad Essa @ Esso S/o Muhammad Umar Panhwar has been granted post arrest Bail by the Honourable Anti-Terrorism Court, Naushehro Feroze vide order dated 14-03-2025 in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( One Lac rupees only) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Abdul Rasheed S/o Wali Muhammad Panhwar R/o Village Khair Muhammad Panhwar Taluka Dadu which has been accepted by this Court being trial Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Muhammad Essa @ Esso S/o Muhammad Umar Panhwar, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before this court on 20-05-2025 at 8.30 a.m.
