Whereas, the above named accused applicants who were sent to your custody under the remand Letter by this Court, to face the pending trial U/s.337 AI, Fi, 506/2, 504, 147.148.149-PPC. The bail application for releasing them on bail was filed by Ld counsel for applicants/accused Mr. Farhan Ahmed Sarki , the order has been passed, and granted bail by this Court, to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- ( twenty five thousands) to each accused persons and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
