WHEREAS, advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (One lacs) each with P.R bond in the like amount. Such order has been received to this Court by letter vide No.4036 dated:08.05.2025 from the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad through TCS as well as through whatsapp from the Honorable Sessions Court Sanghar. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case by any other Court. The P.R bond, of the accused is sent herewith, and returns the same after obtaining the signature/LTI on it. The accused be directed to appear before this court on 15.05.2025.
