WHEREAS applicant/accused Ayan & Jhon S/o Pervaiz Masih have moved an surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- in the above noted crime.The instant Bail Application No.1424/2024, was granted by the Honourable IXth Addl’ Session Judge Karachi South, bail to the accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-ONLY (Thirty Thousand only ) and P.R. Bond in the like amount before trail Court and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release Ayan @ Jhon S/O Pervaiz Masih forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only to execute by the said applicant accused before you, the Superintendent Central Prison ,Karachi and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court which within three days from the receipt thereof.
You are also required to direct the applicant/accused above named to appear before this Court on 17-05-2025 at 08:30 A.M. without fail.
