Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Ahmed Khan s/o Rajib Ali @ Ghafoor by caste Bhatti, vide order dated:-14.05.2025, in Cr. Bail Application No. 585/2025, re Ahmed Khan Bhatti Versus The State, u/s 324, 353, 402, 399-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 23/2025 of PS Sijawal, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
