Whereas this Court has granted bail to applicant/ accused Muhammad Ishaque s/o Deedar Hussain Bughio, in Crl. Bail application No. 748/2025 Re. Muhammad Ishaque Offence U/S. 402,324,353 PPC, in Police Crime No. 47/2025 of Taluka P.S, in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Thirty Thousand ) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/ accused which is accepted before this court.
